Custom Slaughter & Processing
For the local consumer, we offer custom slaughter and processing of beef & hogs. If you do not actually own a beef or hog, we can put you in contact with one. When scheduling an animal, please remember that at times, we may book up several weeks in advance. We also stop slaughtering prior to deer season each year.

Beef carcasses hang in the aging cooler. We generally age beef 14-21 days to provide maximum tenderness & flavor.
Items are vacuum sealed to prevent freezer burn.
